• The Victorian room - £150.00 - A well-lit room, with a west facing bay window. This, plus a single window, allows a lovely breeze on a warm summer day. In the winter the coal fire is a very welcome sight. This room will hold 15 -18 easily around a boardroom table.
  There are plenty of power points available.

• The Oak - £125.00 - This panelled & beamed room, cool in the summer & cosy in the winter, with its large inglenook fireplace, is ideal for the smaller meeting. The central table seats 10-12 people. A small garden serves as a great place for coffee break or the odd cigarette- I'm sure some of you still smoke?
  In the summer the main garden is often used as a 'break out' area

• Wi-fi - Our Wi-Fi system covers both rooms and most of the Hotel and Gardens. This, as well as flip charts, paper and OHP are complimentary to our guests. Just about any equipment you need we can hire a short notice. We have a Dell Laptop and printer that we will set up in your room for that urgent download- Liz or Charlotte will help out with a short letter, email or fax for you
  Coffee and tea can be served at any time, but normally on arrival, 11 o'clock and then at 3 pm.
  Lunch can be a light buffet, a choice from the daily menu, or the ALC menu.
  
  Time is critical with most meetings, so we can offer the appropriate menu with your mid morning coffee, for you to choose from.

  24 hr Rate - £168.00
